Krista Wells, PhD, has been working with military spouses since 2003.
“I love working with military spouses. Every day, they make significant contributions with all that they do. They are a talented and inspiring group of individuals close to my heart, and helping them move from where they are now to where they want to be is my ultimate passion. It’s very inspiring to see the light go on in someone’s eyes when they realize they really can have it all.”
As the Military Spouse Coach®, Krista specializes in working with military spouse clients in transition, and/or looking to get ahead in life. She helps people identify their lifestyle and career goals, and then partners with them to create a plan for moving forward towards achieving those goals.
Krista holds a Masters in Human Behavior, a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, and has been a professional certified coach with the International Coaching Federation since 2003. In addition to her coaching, public speaking, and keynote addresses, Krista has contributed to several military print and Internet publications including Flagship Military Newspapers, Military Spouse Magazine, Military.com, CinCHouse.com, Operationhomefront.org, Milspouse.com, and USAA. She is a co-host on My Military Life Radio, and has been a guest on several military spouse podcasts.
Krista sees clients in person in West Hartford, CT, or over the phone, and across the country via teleclasses, writing, and public speaking. She is a military spouse who believes in having it all, and balances her coaching career with raising four young children alongside her recently retired military husband who is an elementary school teacher, cross-fit trainer, and an educational consultant.
